I am reading through the thread and have similar issues. Never any with AT&T wireless or U-Verse. Switched to Direct TV in Southern CA from U-Verse and they continued to double bill us for both packages, despite turning in equipment same day as install. Direct TV missed initial install, my husband waited for over 7 hours.

1 Message. 4 months ago. I was just the target of this same scam, however the scammers ended up being the ones who got scammed. They originally called and left a message from 855-743-8033. The call back number they left was 888-502-0584. Later on in the call, "Kevin" called me back from 844-551-0598.

No such email address exists. The closest you can get to email is to use the private message feature of this forum and send a private message to @ATTMobilityCare. I need an email address to complain about billing and customer service. I have went to the BBB and I really don't want to again.
