In the ECP, are the address lists up to date (Organization > Address Lists - are all Up to date and say "Yes")? Is this user hidden from the address lists? Checked! everything is on place. User is not hidden from address list and is appear for everyone in address list. Also I run some commands for address book and GAL and they are healthy.
