    Completed in 1972, the 28-story building stands at 420 feet and is the second-tallest building in Salt Lake City. The architect for the building was George Cannon Young. The building was officially dedicated July 24, 1975, but it was already partially functioning in 1972. Since it is used as an administrative building, it is not open to the public.
