The Headquarters at Seaport is located on the southside of Harbor drive between Pacific and Kettner. This is an outdoor open mall that has the looks to be an old police station. I wasn't sure of the entire history behind this place but going to the restroom leads through an area where there are old photos of this place and it looked like an old police station.
